Quotations and bookings
A quotation is based on the itinerary and information supplied at the time it is issued. A booking is only confirmed when the required acceptance and payment conditions stated in the quotation have been completed.
Changes to an itinerary
Changes to dates, times, addresses, passenger numbers, operating duration or route may change vehicle availability and price. Material changes should be requested before travel so revised arrangements can be confirmed.
Passenger responsibilities
The group organiser should provide accurate passenger and journey information, communicate joining instructions to the group and ensure passengers follow lawful driver and vehicle safety requirements.
Delays and external events
Road closures, traffic, weather, venue restrictions, flight disruption and other events outside reasonable control can affect journey times. Important arrival deadlines should be supplied when the booking is requested.
Specific booking terms
The final quotation or booking confirmation may contain service-specific payment, cancellation, amendment and supplier terms. Those confirmed terms form part of the booking arrangement.
